About the workshop

This 2-day, small-group personal/professional development workshop explores the personal-professional collide, and how this shapes our identity as a therapist.  We will retreat into nurturing surrounds to create a space for reflection and exploration.  Ideally suited for mental health professionals at any stage of their professional journey, we will consider what and who has shaped our therapist identity. Exploration and reflection will occur through the application of principles from various theoretical frameworks and immersive expressive arts activities. This workshop will support you in consolidating your ‘toolbox’ of therapeutic approaches, aligning this with your values and thereby strengthening your sense of self as a therapist.

Given the personal development nature of this workshop, it will be preceded with, and followed by, a 1:1 consultation to support your individual process.

Key learning objectives

·   Consolidate your ‘toolbox’ of therapeutic approaches into your therapist identity
