Registration fees

Full payment of the workshop fee is required at the time of registration.

 

Registration

Registration is via the website at www.psychologyandplay.com.au and payment will be made via credit card.

Where an Invoice is required for payment to be made by an employer, please make contact directly via email so that this can be arranged – admin@psychologyandplay.com.au

Your registration is confirmed on payment.

On payment, you will be provided with an email confirmation/Tax Invoice. 

 

Access to training materials

Access to training materials is for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the website training page (e.g. training events that run across a number of months have an extended availability).

 

RECORDING OF TRAINING EVENT

When a training event is being recorded, information will be provided about the date access to the recording will be available to. This is typically 1-2 clear business days following completion of the training event.  

If you are attending the live training event that is recorded, please note that if you share your name, audio and/or video data via the video-conferencing platform used, that you will be identifiable to others who have access to the recording. This also includes if you ask a question during the workshop (i.e. verbally, written), during a segment being recorded.

This live training event will be structured in such a way to create opportunities for participants to ask questions during specific segments which will not be recorded.  

Where virtual break-out rooms are utilised during training events for the purposes of small-group activities and discussion, these will NOT be recorded. 

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you give your informed consent that your participation in the live training event will be recorded, and you may be identifiable to others.

 

LIMITATIONS OF TRAINING EVENT RECORDING

Where participants choose to register and access the training event via the online recording, this will be subject to limitations of content.  Such limitations include, but are not limited to, access to small group activities and discussions, and question/answer opportunities.  

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

At all times, Psychology and Play Therapy Australia Pty Ltd remain the owner of the intellectual property in the workshops including course materials, and content of live and recorded material.

ACCESS TO ONLINE TRAINING EVENT, TRAINING MATERIALS AND TRAINING RECORDING ARE FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ONLY.

NO ONLINE TRAINING EVENT, TRAINING MATERIALS, OR TRAINING RECORDING, NOR ANY PART OF IT, MAY BE REPRODUCED, TRANSMITTED OR DISTRIBUTED IN ANY FORM, OR BY ANY MEANS without the prior written permission of Psychology and Play Therapy Australia Pty Ltd.

 

Training event cancellation by Psychology and Play Therapy Australia Pty Ltd

Psychology and Play Therapy Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any training event at any time prior to commencement of the training event.  This may occur if there are insufficient registrations, or due to any other unforeseen reason (e.g. illness, medical treatment, COVID-19 restrictions, travel disruption etc.).  If cancellation occurs, all registered participants will be advised at the earliest possible time.  Psychology and Play Therapy Australia Pty Ltd will refund to registered participants the training fee paid.   

It is rare that Psychology and Play Therapy Australia Pty Ltd will cancel a scheduled training event.  However, in the unlikely event that a cancellation does occur, we recommend that registered participants make any necessary travel arrangements as close to the beginning of the scheduled workshop as is possible for you.

Please note that NO refunds will be provided once payments have been made for training events.

  

Liability

Psychology and Play Therapy Australia is not liable for any losses or incidental costs incurred by registered participants as a result of any cancellation by us, or by you.  This includes any pre-payments made by registered participants for travel, accommodation etc. 

At stated previously, in the unlikely event that a cancellation does occur, we recommend that registered participants make their travel arrangements as close to the beginning of the scheduled workshop as is possible for you.
